How quickly can a worker get started?

Once identity, right-to-work, DBS, and required registrations are verified, a worker can move into the active shift marketplace quickly.

Do providers have to replace their agency model completely?

No. NurseFlex is designed to strengthen internal staff bank usage first and improve external supply control where agencies are still required.

Is training included?

Yes. NurseFlex Academy supports CPD and compliance-linked training with certificate tracking.

Where do enquiries go if the API is unavailable?

The managed public route falls back to hello@nurseflex.co.uk so no enquiry gets lost.
