Once registered and compliance-verified, you'll see available shifts in your dashboard matched to your skills, qualifications, and location. Simply tap "Book" to confirm a shift. You'll receive SMS and email confirmation immediately.

NurseFlex processes payments weekly via BACS. Once your timesheet is approved by the organisation, payment is processed in the next weekly cycle. Most professionals receive payment within 5-7 working days of shift completion.

You'll need: valid NMC/HCPC/relevant registration, enhanced DBS certificate (within 3 years), proof of right to work in the UK, professional references, mandatory training certificates, and proof of address.

From your Organisation Dashboard, go to "Manage Shifts" and click "Post New Shift". Set the role, date, time, rate, and any specific requirements. NurseFlex will automatically match qualified professionals. You can also use Block Bookings for recurring needs.

Yes! NurseFlex supports multi-site management from a single dashboard. You can post shifts, manage staff pools, and view reports across all your locations. Our Enterprise plan includes unlimited sites.

Invoices are generated automatically from approved timesheets. Organisations receive consolidated invoices on their agreed billing cycle (weekly or monthly). All invoices are available in your dashboard with full export capabilities.

Cancellations 48+ hours before shift start: no fee. 24-48 hours: up to 25%. Under 24 hours: up to 50%. No-shows may result in account review. See our Terms for full details.

NurseFlex verifies all documents through a combination of automated checks and manual review. We verify NMC/HCPC registration in real-time, check DBS certificates, and track training expiry dates. You'll receive alerts 30 days before any document expires.

Yes. NurseFlex fully complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. All data is encrypted, stored in UK data centres, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can request data export or deletion at any time.
