Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines help make web content more accessible to people with disabilities including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Measures Taken
- Semantic HTML structure for screen reader compatibility
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios throughout the platform
- Keyboard navigation support across all interactive elements
- Alt text for meaningful images and icons
- Responsive design for various screen sizes and zoom levels
- Clear and consistent navigation patterns
- Form labels and error messages that are programmatically associated
- Focus indicators on interactive elements
Known Limitations
While we strive for full compliance, some areas may have limitations. We are actively working to address these, including: enhanced screen reader support for dynamic dashboard content, improved keyboard navigation in complex table views, and additional ARIA labels for interactive chart components.

NurseFlex is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies: screen readers (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver), screen magnification software, speech recognition software, and keyboard-only navigation.
